My journey into mortgage lending began with a simple goal: to help others achieve their most significant financial milestones. In 2018, I experienced a turning point that shaped everything I do today. I had worked tirelessly, saved for a down payment, and was finally ready to invest in real estate. But when I sat down with a major bank, I was told I didn’t qualify. I was confused, my accounts clearly showed I could afford the purchase, and I had the funds ready. That moment pushed me to question the traditional lending system and look for better solutions.

From there, I immersed myself in creative financing and discovered non-QM loan products that opened new doors for borrowers who didn’t fit inside standard guidelines. That experience became the foundation of my mission. I’m Abe Chayo, and since 2018, I’ve been guiding investors and self-employed borrowers through the mortgage process with clarity, strategy, and care.

Today, I focus on helping clients achieve their goals whether it’s a purchase, refinance, or line of credit, by finding the right lending solution for their unique situation. As the self-employed and investor market continues to grow, I’m constantly expanding access to programs that keep my clients ahead.
